We ship worldwide and accept payments from customers all over the world.
Possible methods of payment are:
- Credit/Debit cards (via Stripe)
- Direct Back Transfer (Virman) – available only to Croatian citizens with BANK accounts in Croatia.
Currency
All orders will be processed in EURO €– VAT inclusive. FIXED CONVERSION RATE: 1 EUR = 7,53450 HRK
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
Acceptable Credit / Debit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Maestro & Visa card payments. Our payment provider (CORVUSPAY) ensures complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you use the payment form. Payment information is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card.
Pricing and Payment
The price of the product (VAT included) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of product advised to you is correct.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
Security
When purchasing on our Site, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology which is the current industry standard. Kleia will never capture or store your payment information.
