Payment Options

We ship worldwide and accept payments from customers all over the world.Possible methods of payment are:

• Credit/Debit cards (via Stripe)
• Direct Back Transfer (Virman) – available only to Croatian citizens with BANK accounts in Croatia.

Currency

Croatia is changing its currency from Croatian kuna (HRK) to Euro (EUR) from 1.1.2023. so all orders will be processed in the Euro (EUR), VAT inclusive at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. In the meantime, all prices are shown in HRK and EUR. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of your national currency into Euro (EUR) according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.

Acceptable Credit / Debit Cards

We accept MasterCard, Maestro & Visa. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site. If you are not sure what you will be charged in your local currency, please contact your bank for more details before ordering.

Pricing and Payment

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of product advised to you is correct.It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
